What is your minimum order?
- For most cut-to-length tubes, the minimum order is 500 to 1,000 pieces, depending on the tube diameter and/or length. Stock tubes and closures have a one box minimum. Pieces per box vary by size.
What is the lead time?
- Stock items typically ship within two to three days. Open ended tubes ship within three weeks. Sealed bottom tubes and hanging tubes ship within four weeks. Secondary operations typically add one week.
What are your payment terms?
- Most accounts are set up with NET 30 DAY terms based on credit approval. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What materials are used to produce your tubes and closures?
- The tubes are made from PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol). The inner-fit plugs are made from PP (Polypropylene) and the exterior fit caps are made from PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride). Note that not all materials are compatible with these plastics. The responsibility lies with the purchaser to determine that any product or material used with our plastics are compatible.
Is there a minimum/maximum length for your tubes and containers?
- For open ended and sealed bottom tubes, the minimum length of the tube must be equal to or greater than the nominal size of the tube. There is no maximum length.
- For flat sealed hanging tubes, the minimum overall length is 4" and the maximum overall length is 17".

- We offer punching, slicing, one-color silkscreen printing and fulfillment. We also offer application of customer-supplied labels.
